Oracle Chat Report

By: Krysondra
So, Sunday wasn't a good day for you to hit the chat, and now, you're wondering what Isis and Thebes had to say to the disciples that showed up. If you want the long version, which contains everything that everyone said from disciple questions to Let's Make an Ankhet Deal, you'll have to let em email you the transcript. Here are some of the highlights of 200 pgs of chat condensed into one little page….

One little ice-breaker: Mod 5 may or may not arrive before Christmas but Ankhetmas will arrive with its own special joys…

First, Thebes offered most of the teasers and what not, beginning with his desire to make new area with more Kuk Harlequins, Rotting Worms, and Gold Will-o-wisps (a current unknown!!!). He has also confirmed that there will be no new paths in Mod 5, but something better – but what? – is promised. "Hope you're not afraid of heights," Thebes threw out. Later, he confirmed that the new object "Floating Disc" will cost 2001 anima, but he never said why you needed 1000 kuk charms. Keep in mind that the level cap definitely will increase, and somehow you just might find the promised two new Actions.

If you're looking towards the divine, it has been revealed that the next step will come from the Atum and Apop forums. This included the phrase "You strike Atum-Ra for…."

While ominous, that theme was not picked up again until later in the chat. In the future, it seems that disciples must decide to serve the Atum or the Apep. This quest will "take time and effort," be "harder than any other quest", and it "may take months to complete". Isis also added that Ka fragments will have more uses soon….

And now for the goodies…. More spoilers and teasers and fun for the whole Ankeht family….

Description: a bottle of translucent bitter green liquid

The haunting melody of a reed flute carries through the soupy air. Here and there strange lights frolic only to vanish moments later. Now and then you even glimpse what seems like the silhouettes dancers the distance. The eerie tune seems to emanate from everywhere, echoing as though played in a deep canyon. Abruptly a strange figure, composed entirely of sparking motes of light, coalesces before you. Without warning the enigmatic being embraces you only to….
